Islanders are gearing up for another First Friday on Sept. 2, starting at 4 pm, and many local businesses, artists, and organizations are going to be there to celebrate. The entire event will be held in Owen Park, and will feature live musical performances, more than a dozen artists and artisans selling their wares, and a silent disco starting at 9 pm.
