To the Editor:
Recently the Steamship Authority said that it had improved the free Wi-Fi. In fact, the Wi-Fi on the Steamship boats is nonexistent. It never works. I asked one of the ticket agents in Woods Hole about it, and she said, “Improved, at the Steamship Authority? You have got to be kidding.”
It would be nice if this service would be really improved, and actually worked.
