Join Martha’s Vineyard Community Services Island Intervention Center and members of the Island community in a walk at the Bend in the Road Beach on Saturday, Sept. 29, to promote suicide awareness and prevention. The walk starts at 5 am and goes until 7 am. This is symbolic of coming out of the darkness of depression and mental illness,  and into the light of hope and healing.
