Elizabeth Phelps of West Tisbury announces the birth of a daughter, Laura Susan Patricia Phelps, on August 13, 2025, at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Laura weighed 9 pounds, 7 ounces, and joins big brother Oliver and grandmother Susan Phelps, also of West Tisbury.
